My son was young, and he got sick often and unpredictably. His care was sometimes shared across our family, and I became the one who made sure the doctor's instructions reached the right person at the right time.
I went looking for an app to help me carry that. What I found were basic trackers, nothing that understood what the job actually involved. So I started building something better.
Carrying it looked like forwarding doctor's notes and writing out medication instructions by hand. It looked like checking in without making anyone feel checked on.
Somewhere in those months I understood something uncomfortable. Even a present, attentive parent silently defaults to carrying the full tracking load alone. There was no safety net underneath us. Just memory, WhatsApp, and hope.
For a while I thought the problem was record-keeping. It wasn't. Other apps recorded whatever you told them, and then they stopped helping. They didn't help a parent follow the doctor's instructions reliably, and they didn't flag when something looked off.
The missing piece was an intelligence layer. Child health needed a dedicated expert app, not a general tracker with a kids section bolted on.
